Tri-tip Steak Salad Mesquite grilled tri-tip steak atop field greens with toasted almonds, red onions, craisins, bleu cheese crumbles, and roasted red peppers. $13.95

Roasted Beet Salad Tender diced pieces of garden fresh beets roasted in red wine and our Monkey Face Porter, served over field greens with ripe avocado, tart apples, goat cheese, hazelnuts, grape tomatoes, red onions, carrots and a tangy raspberry vinaigrette dressing. $12.95

Cracked Pepper Seared Ahi Salad A blend of fresh field greens and napa cabbage topped with a 6oz. ahi filet seared rare in a seasoned cracked pepper crust with carrots, cucumbers, daikon sprouts, pickled jicama, snap peas, crispy yakisoba noodles, toasted cashews and a side of our wasabi vinaigrette. $14.95

Yakisoba A generous portion of stir-fried veggies, yakisoba noodles, and cashews in a sweet chili teriyaki sauce. $9.95 Add marinated chicken. $3.00

Pork Belly Mac & Cheese Spiral fusilli bucati pasta with Tillamook white cheddar and gruyere Swiss cheeses topped with brown sugar glazed Carlton Farms applewood smoked slab bacon. $10.95 Mac & Cheese only $8.95

Pesto Lime Salmon Char-broiled salmon topped with a nut-free arugula pesto and macerated fresh limes served with sautéed spinach and wild rice. $15.95 

Fontina and Artichoke Linguini  Marinated artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil tossed with linguini, white wine and extra virgin olive oil.  Topped with Fontina and garnished with two fried mozzarella sticks. $11.95  Add chicken $3.00

Smoked New York Steak A 10oz. steak hand cut and dry rubbed with a sweet and spicy blend of herbs and spices, then cold smoked over mesquite wood, chargrilled to your liking and topped with roasted shallots and portabello mushrooms splashed with Madeira wine, served with seasonal vegetables and roasted red potatoes. $15.95

Fried Calamari A generous portion of calamari tubes, lightly breaded in our specially seasoned flour and fried to a tender golden brown. Served with a savory house-made New Orleans remoulade sauce, cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Bruschetta Slices of Big ed’s roasted garlic baguette lightly brushed with garlic oil and topped with prosciutto, melted provolone cheese,and slices of fresh pear served with a drizzle of tangybalsamic reduction and fried capers. 

Tater Skins Bleu cheese crumbles, bacon bits, diced roma tomatoes, green onions and a light dusting of our cajun spice, served with a side of sour cream.

Smoked Chicken Quesadilla In-house smoked chicken, melted cheddar/pepperjack cheese blend, crumbled cotija, fresh bell peppers, and tomatoes all grilled in a large sundried tomato flour tortilla with sour cream and pico de gallo on the side. Vegetarian option available.

Fried Oysters Crispy fried Willapa Bay oysters and cocktail sauce.

Southwest Chicken Wrap Our chargrilled Cajun blackened chicken breast  wrapped in a warm tomato-basil tortilla with chipotle mayo, shredded cheddar and pepperjack cheese, black beans, roasted corn, romaine lettuce, our Pico de Gallo and guacamole.  $11.95

Wild Boar Sloppy Joe House made wild boar sloppy joe served on a Big ed’s potato roll topped with provolone and crispy fried red onions, pickled jicama and fresh arugula. $10.95

Blackened Salmon Sandwich Our fresh Vancouver Island Salmon filet dusted with Cajun spices, chargrilled and topped with pepperjack cheese, tomato and a Napa slaw tossed in our tarragon vinaigrette dressing.  Served on Big Ed’s potato bun with feta ailoi. $10.95

Grilled Chicken and Avocado Marinated boneless chicken breast with bacon, pepperjack cheese, feta aioli and fresh avocado. Served with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted ciabatta roll. $10.25

Slow Roasted Brisket Dip Thin sliced, juicy beef brisket served on a toasted pub roll with pepperjack cheese, creamy horseradish sauce and a side of rich, savory au jus for dipping. $10.50

Cascade Turkey Melt roasted turkey, crisp bacon, and basil pesto mayo. Served hot on parmesan-grilled sourdough. $9.75

Crispy Chicken Wrap Warm spinach tortilla filled with crispy chicken, pesto mayo, avocado, bacon, smoked cheddar, diced tomato, romaine lettuce, and marinated onions. $9.95 Substitute grilled chicken for $2.00

The Reuben Hand sliced in-house braised corned beef, grilled and served on a Big ed’s black rye hoagie with caraway kraut, Swiss cheese, and our new Monkey Face Porter reuben sauce. $9.95

Gyros Tender slices of greek style gyros in a warm authentic tandoori naan flatbread with shredded romaine lettuce, diced roma tomato, crumbled feta cheese and our homemade tzatziki sauce. $10.95 

BURGERS

Our 6 oz. burgers are 100% certified Angus. Served with lettuce, tomato and onion, plus your choice of french fries, tater tots or quinoa salad. Substitute onion rings, sweet potato fries, cup of soup, or green salad for $2.50.

Blonde Bombshell As the name implies, this is one “knock out” of a beer. Brewed to be a light-bodied, low alcohol (low carb!) refreshing ale, this beer combines subtle malt and wheat flavors with a delicate liberty hop aroma.

20” Brown Named after the Brown Trout found in Northwest streams, this beer lives up to the legend. The complex malt character is balanced with an ample amount of hops to create a real “catch!”

Monkey Face Porter This medium-bodied porter has significant chocolate malt characteristics. Don’t let the dark color scare you, this beer finishes extremely dry with just a hint of Willamette hops.

I.R.A. This is not your typical Red Ale. This beer gets its inspiration from the IPA category which tends to be highly hopped, high alcohol beverages. With the addition of generous amounts of Munich and Crystal malts you receive the reddish hues and caramel flavors that merge well with the copious kettle and dry hop contributions. This beer should satisfy even the most chronic hop addict!

20th Anniversary IPA Two decades of brewing beer in Central Oregon deserves a mighty celebration. To help us do just that, we’ve created our finest, limited edition IPA utilizing Citra, Liberty and Centennial hops. This IPA is designed to deliver big hop flavor and aroma with a balanced bitterness.
