History/Amenities
Cascade Lakes Brewing Company started in 1994 by three enthusiastic brothers looking for an exciting business in beautiful, sunny Central Oregon. They spent many long nights building most of the current brewing equipment by hand and coming up with tasty recipies. More than ten years later, the long nights and quest for great beer has continued on a much larger scale. In the winter of 2000, Cascade Lakes Brewing Company was purchased by Rick Orazetti and Doug Kutella. Recently, Ron Kutella and Chris Justema joined the parternship and what started as one brewing facility in an airport industrial zone has turned into 7th Street Brew House, Tumalo Tavern, Cascade West Grub and Alehouse, and our flagship restaurant in Bend, Cascade Lakes The Lodge.

News/Events
Cascade Lakes is currently using a 20 bbl(620 gallon) brewing system for all of its hand crafted ales. In fall 2006, we aquired a 50 bbl bright tank to assist in keeping the beer flowing toward the bottling line. This coming winter of 2007 we will be receiving 2 custom 70 bbl fermentors to keep up with our increasing demand for our great tasting beer. In the spring of 2006 we added a new bottling line to help with production needs and preservation of our product in package. The summer of 2005 we installed two new 50 bbl fermentors and 2 new bright tanks to keep up with demand.
