Our full-bodied ale uses crystal malt and generous amounts of cascade hops to produce a well-balanced seasonal ale. So, whether your slippery slope is a mountain or your sidewalk, this ale makes an excellent companion.

Cyclops IPA

For the hop lover in us all, we present Cyclops IPA.
The substantial gravity is met by a cornucopia of 5 hop varieties, which yield striking flavor and aroma, that results in one of the more balanced and aromatic IPA offerings you’ll wrap your hands around.

Hops: Warrior, Willamette, Liberty, Cascade and Centennial

Centennial IPA

Brewed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the city of Redmond, this beer boasts almost all Centennial Hops and 100 I.B.U.’s which makes this limited specialty beer a favorite of our locals.
